What are the facilities?

Fast and free WiFi

How secure the place are?

All visitors are required to wear these (RFID) bracelets, which has a radio frequency antenna and identity chip installed unique to the wearer.

What are the rules and regulations?

Adults can only enter KidZania Kuala Lumpur if accompanied by a paying Child.
Infants aged 0-1 enjoy free admission and must be accompanied by an Adult / Guardian.
No re-entry is allowed once the city has been exited. This is a one-time entry admission ticket.
Senior citizen ticket: Age 60 and above. Please purchase ticket directly at the KidZania ticket counter to enjoy special rate of RM31.50.
Entry to KidZania Kuala Lumpur is subject to park capacity availability.
KidZania Kuala Lumpur's operating hours may subject to change without prior notice.

Re-entry is not permitted. Temporary exit is not allowed for kids at any time.
