What are the park rules ?

- A maximum visitor capacity of 75 pax are allowed in the park
at any given time.
- Guests may be required to wait in the event that this capacity
is reached.
- Guests with a body temperature exceeding 37.5°C will not be
allowed to enter the park.
- Children below 90cm of height enjoy free admission.
- OKU guests are required to pay a fee of RM20.00 at the
ticketing counter for admission. Please ensure that OKU card
is presented during the date of visiting.
- No slippers may be worn during participation.
- This ticket is an active pass that includes participation on all rides (unless height requirements are not met).
- Please ensure that proper attire is worn when visiting the
attraction. Please wear sports shoes and sports wear for a
comfortable and safe experience.
- Child must be accompanied by an Adult at all times for
safety purposes.
- All the attractions/rides have their own height and weight
requirements. Minimum Height : 90cm, Minimum Weight :
15kg, Maximum Weight : 120kg (80kg for roller glider).

How to use the ticket ?

Receive your E-Ticket (with QR Code) instantly once payment has been made.
View & download your E-Ticket in your Wonderfly Account by selecting “BOOKINGS”, followed by “VIEW VOUCHER”.
Present the PRINTED E-Ticket along with your IC/Passport at the ticketing counter to redeem entrance ticket(s).
Lead Traveller must be present on the date of visiting.

What is the cancellation policy ?

No cancellations or refunds allowed after payment has been made.
